A shocking revealation. A good friend of mine was hiding some thing from us from long time and he revealed it finally in his blog post. This image will make it straight forward for you guys to understand what he was hiding from us.
Yes, I was as surprised as you guys are when I came to know this truth. But, I ‘was’ happy to know that he was doing something what he loved from his childhood. He followed his force and became what he wanted to become.
But, being a guy who sits next to him through out the day at work, I wanted to see his light saber skills. I was astonished by his skills when I saw them. Later I had to accept that he is far better in coding skills than his saber skills. Well, you need to know the shocking reason.
This is ME after the exhibition of his skills.
I request you all to sign this post as a petition for him to stop being a Jedi. Yoda, if you are reading this post. Please, leave the Jedi council, ask him, you must.

Being a night bird is bad. Health issues. Going late to office. Bad food times. But there are few good things. You can chat with your friends from other timezones. Work properly if you can’t work when someone else is there next to you (as everyone else would be sleeping) Thats all the stuff about the night bird. But, I’ve missed something all these days being a night bird. That beautiful sunrise. Those singing birds. That pleasant world which is sleeping.
After so many months, I took a decision which I never would take. Start for Chennai from home in the morning rather than night. I woke up at 5.30 in the morning (being a stupid night bird, I slept at 3.30) I started for railway station at 6. All I can see is that, I can’t find an auto-rickshaw to goto railway station. Without any choice, I started walking towards railway station. All the time, I had just two things in my mind. One is .. “Damn, I can’t see a single auto in the street” and another is , “I’ve been missing these beautiful mornings from so many months !!”
Last time, I enjoyed a sunrise so much was more than year ago (yeah, ofcourse, I had see many mornings in between too, but never loved one rather I cribbed to get up so early) Last time, it was at Kanyakumari. I went there with my teamies of training and I enjoyed sunrise there at Kanyakumari (the posted photo was taken that time using my good old Olympus D560). Man, I’ve been missing this. Certainly, being at a city I don’t think I can get the privilege of enjoying that kind of sunrise. But, if I get to find such type, I’m sure that I would stop being a night bird.

There was a photography competition held by a group at my work place. I submitted one of the photos I took. I knew that its not good enough to win, but I just wanted to try. Finally, the
results are released and as I expected, I didn’t see the photo I submitted. All my anxiety was to look at the winning photos. If you know your competition, there are good chances of winning atleast the next time. So, I wanted to analyze my competition first.
As soon as I saw the first photo, I can feel that I was too stupid to submit. The photo is damn good. Second and third photos were excellent. I became happy rather than being disappointed. I lost to great photos. I would have been very disappointed if the winning photos were not that good.
But, my happiness ended when I started to look for specs of those photos as I wanted to know how the best photos were taken (I wanted shutter speeds, focal lengths, apertures, camera makes etc) Some of them don’t even qualify as per competition rules. Competition rules were, photo must not be older than an year - one of the photos was taken in 2005, Photos must be of >300dpi - most varied from 72dpi to 180dpi (I’ve no clue why they kept this stupid rule, but its a rule !!!) Photos must be original - Some of them got Photoshop CS2 tag and one of them looked too good to be original (for Canon Powershot G3)
But, I should accept that some of them were classic and they remind me that I should learn a lot before trying to compete with them. Well, I’m going to give them a tough competition next year.

Fire is love and love is fire;
And the fire is within me,
Burning brightly - lighting my way
Every day.
I know now where heaven is on earth;
And it is in your arms, warm and soft -
Full of the fire that burns our soul,
Making us one, making us whole.
Hold me beneath your wings, my angel;
And we’ll fly away together.
Fly far away into our own secret place,
Where you and I can share this fire.
This fire in our hearts that will burn forever…
The poem is written by John Laset. The photo is taken by me today. It is taken on Creative side of my SLR. A completely manual photo, taken using Canon EOS 400D with kit lens. Shutter speed is 1/4000, Aperture is F5.6 and ISO Speed is 400.
